Massive atomic jet engine test stands for a nuclear-powered bomber that never was. Also known as HTRE-1 and 2 ("Heater-One and Two"), they would've powered a gigantic bomber that could stay aloft for long periods of time. Eisenhower cancelled the project in '58 as ICBMs were more efficient and posed less risk than a giant reactor flying around with multiple atomic warheads onboard. These huge hulks now reside in the parking lot of the EBR-1 reactor facility near Arco, Idaho. Aside from the huge engines, the huge aircraft that would've been transported on a huge rail system, the hangar they built was the largest arched concrete structure in the world at the time. It still exists at the Idaho National Laboratory, about 30 miles north.

Revolution Audio provided live audio services for the Yeovil based Christian event, Unite. Touring around various local churches, the event brings together young Christians from around the town to worship together. For a compact it does ok in some situations and has a "sweet" spot. It's a keeper though because I can keep it in my purse or pocket. Still love my Canon. (this was taken in car side mirror. I was riding shotgun).
