I have the Compact Disc, I have Compact Cassette, I have a MiniDisc, I have Reel to Reel, but never had the Digital Compact Cassette! Time to change it!
DCC coming! Time to tap on the head and verify that the DAT is actually the best? Philips was not bad company, Sony even more, but they have actually won in this fight better? Stay tuned over time, because now goes to me Philips DCC730 :)
I already have a digital tape recorder Sony DTC-60ES - very good piece. Or, DCC730 Philips, will be better? 18bit on board - this is no joke!

Moscow is home to Russian companies in different industries and is served by a comprehensive transit network, which includes four international airports, ten railway terminals, a tram system, a monorail system, and the Moscow Metro, which is the busiest metro system in Europe and one of the largest rapid transit systems in the world. The city has over 40 percent of its territory covered by greenery, making it one of the greenest cities in the world.

My mother had once been a fashion model. When she and my father went out at night, I used to love to watch her prepare. She would put on all kinds of make-up so quickly that I would marvel. She also smelled wonderful. She picked her clothes with care, although she did not have that many. But she certainly paid attention to the details. This bag matched a set of shoes that she owned. They too were decorated with real jet beads. She also would have worn gloves, since everyone did in those days.

Another flower macro/close-up from our garden. These Dahlia buds have very interesting and beautiful looking colors and patterns on them. Nature has an amazing way of packaging these beauties... one day they are just small buds and the next day you find them in full bloom!

On 7 September 2025, a total lunar eclipse coloured the full moon in deep red above the skies of Franconia.
This photograph was taken at 21:00 CEST, shortly after the total phase had ended, when the moon began to leave Earth’s shadow.
The reddish glow is still visible on one side, while the opposite edge already shines brightly into the night sky.
A faint glow on the darker side of the moon, caused by atmospheric haze and scattered light in the lens, adds to the mysterious impression of the eclipse.

The incident occurred in the bedroom of a friend. The compact measures 2-3/8” x 2-1/2”. The floral design on the lid is rose and green in color and e was probably done on thick paper which was then covered with lacquer. When you hold this up to a light, it shimmers and appears iridescent when turning it one way or another.
D12640. A somewhat 'compact' caravan; I think it's a 1972 Swift Sprite, but I'm open to correction. It's on display at the Cotswolds Motoring Museum in the picturesque Cotswolds village of Bourton on the Water.
