The two photos that form this early morning view show the end stages of the deconstruction process: attach the obligatory inspection notice or permit, drape the work area to moderate the dust and debris produced, salvage metal and wiring, etc, breakdown all interior walls and floors so that only load-bearing I-beams are left, remove roof and use acetylene torch to cut the steel into pieces, take down exterior walls, cart away the debris (here), then remove the poured cement floor and footings so the future owner or builder can make a clean start from bare earth. Elapsed time for crew of 1-3 was about one month.
