Pile of waste compact cameras that have already been through a quick value grading. The obviously damaged cams will be made datasafe before entering a raw material reclamation stream. Functional and cosmetically sound cameras that still have a resale value will be made ready for reuse.
I don't know which is worse: Colonial Parking discriminating against the larger cars of this world or someone taking the time to steal one of my foglight covers. Who does that?
In any event, I'm absolutely in love with this lens. Ridiculous center sharpness, great bokeh and when paired with an FX body you can use it to shoot ambient light portraits in a cave.
We used to call them CDs and you could buy them in special shops. Course that was in the olden days.

This is an excerpt from the April, 1977, Popular Photography dating the US introductions of the following models:
The AT-1 was a response to demand for a budget, manual-exposure, match-needle alternative to the Canon AE-1. It was able to use that camera's cost-cutting innovations (such as an electronic, battery-dependent shutter) to offer an even cheaper alternative.
The Pentax 'M' series were the Japanese camera industry's most aggressive response to the Olympus OM slenderizing challenge. Asahi fearlessly superseded its own barely-new models with some exceptionally compact SLRs, and a redesigned "SMC Pentax-M" lens series to match.
The Katipunan kept its activities secret. If they were caught, the Spanish authorities would surely kill them and punish their families. So they only accepted new members after very secret and solemn rites, which included the famous blood compact.

Avión común
(Delichon urbicum)
Orden Passeriformes; familia Hirundinidae
Longitud 14 cm. Envergadura 28 cm.

This was back in my compact digital days, where I took photos all the time as my camera was always to hand. I'm glad that I did as this is a fond memory.
