Vibratory plate compactors are engine-powered, walk-behind machines which exude powerful vibratory compaction attempt to loose stuff and asphalt using a bottom-mounted steel plate that might vary in area from 1.5 to 3 square feet. An eccentric drive mechanism propels the compactor forwards, and in the event the compactor is "reversible", the mechanics also propels the machine in the opposite direction.

Pinus leucodermis 'Compact Gem' ( Hillier nursery, UK 1964) 2020 photo - Common Name: Dwarf Bosnian Pine, Size at 10 years: 4x2ft., Leaves (needles) long and stiff, dark green, USDA Hardiness Zone 4, In Garden Bed Y2 for 10.4 YEARS (TC). Planted in 2009.
Buchholz & Buchholz Nursery: A dwarf, dense evergreen conifer with dark green needles. Eventually forms a broad pyramid. Introduced in 1964 by Hillier nursery in England. Prefers full sun in well-drained soil. 4' tall x 3' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -30 degrees. USDA zone 4.
Dwarf, compact, slow growing. Upright branches, 4 ft high and 2 ft wide in ten years. Planted in 2009. 27in. tall in 2014. aka Pinus heldreichii var. leucodermis. 3.5 ft. in 2019.

First attempt at water drops on a CD/DVD. Used my extension tubes for some and just dedicated macro for others. The colors you get from a CD and DVD are totally different so try both. Lots of fun on a rainy day.

Another awsome Sport Compact event at WSID.Loads of cars made the trek from all over Aus to compete.Almost capacity entries on the track & a great selection of hot cars on show.
The presentation standard of Sport Compact drag cars has really amazed me so far this year, with a lot of the top runner track cars looking like prestine show cars with candy pearl paint jobs,tastefull air brushing and graffix and tuff drag spec rims all round. these guys have definatly stepped it up a notch!
Took a whole lot of photo's throughout the day, but unfortunatly forgot my memory backup so was limited to 4G worth of space...Ahhhrr.

Taken at the 2010 Floriade festival in Canberra ACT. Have gone most years though only caught it this year on last day and many flowers were past their prime. Decided to take only my long telephoto this year to try and gain a different perspective, hence the 'compactness'
