There being no particular pressing need to come in to work early these days, I tend to wake up late, go to work late, and consequently stay back very late indeed.

With me wearing my headlamp and Kiyomi wearing her reflective collar with LEDs flashing, we took a long walk from our house to the park, ran offleash for a while, and walked back.
Temp of -9F/-23C for the afternoon commute is starting to feel normal....very strange to be used to those kind of temps already in December.

Looking for rituals and routine: I feel like I spend a lot of time in the car. And I know it's not by a lot of other folks' commutes and such, but it feels like such wasted time to me. Too much and wasted. My brain thinks up all sorts of craziness on the commutes though. And I get a chance to catch up on some excellent music. So, probably not completely wasted, but... you know.
