Here’s a little snippet of a piece for the July exhibition ‘Commute Nice London’ at KK Outlet. Opening this Thursday 2nd July, 7-9pm. Come on down!

Another 'hand held' shot in trying circumstances. I don't quite know how I achieved the 'dreamlike' quality, but I like it.

Wanted to capture the B/W aspect of this shot & wanted to capture the busy, yet the laid back nature of the Sri Lankan commuters.

8:34 am: Transferring to the express train. 96th Street & Broadway must be one of the hottest subway stations in New York. Even on a relatively cool day the temperature rises easily above 100 degrees.

The Puritas/West 150th Rapid stop in Cleveland, Two stops from the airport, this is my commute to and from the crash pad.

I pass this every day on my commute home but it is in a location that is nearly impossible to get a shot. Today there was a break in traffic so I quickly snapped a pic.

With me wearing my headlamp and Kiyomi wearing her reflective collar with LEDs flashing, we took a long walk from our house to the park, ran offleash for a while, and walked back.

First ride to work with snow tires on the bike. A lot more work than I thought it would be!

To escape the Porter Square subway station you have to traverse two average and one very very long escalator. I was bored and amusing myself. The camera does interesting things in low light when there's movement. These are some of the results.
