Not sure what it was, the bike, the shoes, the new low-Q cranks, changed fit, or luck, but no knee pain on this commute.
Include traffic safety and commuting in the orientation.
Ensure that summer workers know how to safely operate all relevant vehicles.
Provide support during their work.
Remind them of workplace safety rules e.g. use of a seat belt, bicycle helmet and safety vest for outdoor work.
Encourage employees to commute safely.

The Puritas/West 150th Rapid stop in Cleveland, Two stops from the airport, this is my commute to and from the crash pad.
I pass this every day on my commute home but it is in a location that is nearly impossible to get a shot. Today there was a break in traffic so I quickly snapped a pic.
My trusty "fuzz buster." My parents bought it for me for Christmas. While it does me no good on the Kennedy, it's a Godsend on the Tri-State where I typically reach speeds up to 85 mph.
