Celebrating the life of Dr Pat Nickson OBE - one of the world's extraordinary women - who died peacefully last Sunday 26 April 2009. This is Pat in 1990, catching up with her emails, as we flew in a little MAF plane over Karisimbi volcano of Goma, DR Congo (then Zaire). Most people had never even seen a laptop in those days!
Pat's ministry over the last couple of years as a curate in St Mary's Upton, Merseyside, followed on from a life of exceptional international work in community health.
She was a mission partner with CMS and worked in relationship with several world organisations. She worked globally.
She's given us many blessings in her lifetime. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.
School is considered as place for learning where children learn not only subjective knowledge but also life style practices and health seeking behaviors.
