Oppose the Discriminatory Move to Remove Foreign Languages From UPSC! .
In recent times, the UPSC had introduced several changes to its rules and regulations: passing an English language .
paper had been made mandatory, and having a regional language as the medium ofwriting the examination had been .
prohibited unless at least 25 students wanted it. While the UPSC was forced to withdraw these clauses after protests .
across the country, a newly introduced regulation restricting students from choosing foreign languages as an .
optional in the UPSC exam STILL CONTINUES! Therefore, under this clause, candidates cannotchoose subjects .

Completing an Ironman isn’t just a race — it’s a lifestyle. And for the cast of Beyond Limits, it meant reshaping their daily routines, confronting their weaknesses, and showing up when no one was watching.
Here’s a look at the incredible commitment each athlete put into training for the toughest test of all — 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of cycling, and a 26.2-mile run.

Balancing the role of director and athlete, Ray built his training around strength, discipline, and high-intensity endurance. His sessions were fuelled by ADHD-driven energy, transformed into pure focus.
