Captain Rob Kinney was promoted to major March 1 in a ceremony held at the U.S. Army Medical Department Museum at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Major Gen. John Uberti, deputy commanding general support, U.S. Army Installation Management Command, pinned the rank on Kinney and provided remarks at the ceremony. Kinney has served as Uberti's aide since October 2011.

As part of an ongoing effort by ECSP to investigate the conflict and peacebuilding potential of climate change, including “Backdraft: The Conflict Potential of Climate Change Adaptation and Migration” and A New Climate for Peace: Taking Action on Climate and Fragility Risks, join us in a roundtable discussion on current efforts to understand the potential “backdraft” effect of responses to climate change.

Arkansas Department of Education/Division of Elementary and Secondary Education held a press conference in Arkansas Capitol Rotunda Friday morning. High school and college students who plan to become educators to come to the Capitol and pledge their commitment to the profession. The Teacher of the Year, Secretary of Education and Governor provided remarks and all participants sign a certificate of commitment to become an educator.
Secretary Price visited Liberia to highlight the United States’ role in and commitment to global health security and to discuss the partnership formed between Liberia and the United States to strengthen capabilities to prevent, detect, and respond to potential health emergencies. As The Light Fell away from the Circuit The Britcar Endurance Championship made its way out onto the circuit with Lights a Blaze and a lot of Energy coming from both the Drivers and their Cars This was Going to be a Race of Endurance and Car Management thought the 45 Minutes of the Race.

With a Quick set of Warm Up Laps Over it was Time for The Brit car's to make their way out onto the Track and Get Ready for two Races of Endurance to Decide the Britcar Champion of 2021.
In First Place Taking the Victory was (Valluga's) Ian Humphries and Benji Hetherington in their Porsche 718 GT4 Club sport with a Best Lap Time of 50.023 and an Average Speed of 70.37mph. Congratulations both Ian and Benji a Fantastic Win in Very Tricky and Tiering Circumstances thought the 45 Minutes.
In Second Place was (Nial Bradley) in his BMW M3 E46 with a Best Lap Time of 50.799 and an Average Speed of 70.34mph. Brilliant work there Nial Keeping the Pressure on for both Ian and Benji at the front of the Pack. a Very Committed Drive for P2.
