Only a little remains of this temple, and the three columns are from Roman antiquity, but only from the last phase of the building and not in their original position. The name of the temple is NOT a strange name of the god Apollo, but instead a temple dedicated to Apollo by a man carrying the name of Sosianus. His full name was Gaius Sosianus and he started the building of this temple in 34 B.C. - replacing older structures, dating all the way back to the middle of the 5th century or perhaps even older than that. The building process was stopped by the conflict between Octavian and Mark Antony - because Sosianus sided with Antony and after his loss it took some time for Sosianus to regain his position and to be able to continue with the building. It was probably finished around 20 B.C.
After the collapse of the Roman empire the temple turned into ruins, and those ruins were used for habitation up until the 1930s when they were torn down and the columns were reconstructed in the way they are still displayed - they are the ancient marble columns, all the parts except the base are from the Roman temple, but they were laying in pieces on the ground.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is a Corinthan capital - though I found it in Alicante, Spain.

El museo Ibercaja Camón Aznar se encuentra ubicado en el palacio renacentista de los Pardo que fue construido en 1551 por Jerónimo Cosida y Violante de Albión. En 1808, durante la guerra de la Independencia, fue sede de la Capitanía general. Tras pasar por diversas manos, en 1975 fue comprado por Ibercaja para reformarlo y destinarlo a su Obra Social.
Los elementos de valor histórico del palacio, como el pórtico de fachada, las columnas del patio o el salón dorado, fueron restaurados a la vez que se ha instalado un nuevo lucernario central.
