Another colourful feature of the night-time skyline that often catches my eye from work, the patterns in the coloured lights on this building often change. At the moment they are static in this pinkish spectrum.
With all the newer, and taller buildings that can bee seen along the Quay Boardwalk, The Paddle Wheeler River Boat Tours Office still has that "Old- School" appeal, adding it to one of the great views along the Quay. Located just close from the World's Largest Tin Soldier, it's not hard to miss it with its bright colored lights.
Walk around Salford Quays with the BBC centre and the War Museum.

Messing about in the dark with a slowly changing LED light. Nothing special about the shot, just a dark place, tripod and 30 sec exposure.
Taken from Kirribilli, harbourside. I could not believe the number of photographers wandering around here late at night, many with tripods. Well, I was there too and the view is very special. Still, if it was somewhere else and there was so many men loitering in the dark, what would you think?
First light painting session in a very long time thanks to the fact I have moved to a city. Was great to get out in the mountains and stumbled across this.
