I was experimenting with the lamp post light on this. The shapes remind me of candy canes.

Messing about in the dark with a slowly changing LED light. Nothing special about the shot, just a dark place, tripod and 30 sec exposure.

The Rockingham Arms Hotel on Bennetthorpe in Doncaster, I've wanted to get a shot of the lights for a while now and I finally had the time to stop and shoot them on my way home from work tonight.

Diploma in Contemporary Photography assignment - Year one - 2007.

Theme - Painting with light - I used pens with coloured lights to create this effect.

While walking past this scene I looked and thought, "I need a picture of that!" The coloured lights hanging in the foreground, while some clothes hang to dry in the background.
