I asked Patrizia to take me here, a while ago.
It was an interesting experience. The place is on three levels, each one different.
I'd gone along with 'money in pocket' quite ready to make an evening to remember (one way or another)
In the event, I came out with the exact same cash that I'd gone in with: I guess I'm just not a gambling kind of bloke :(
The place is very nicely lit, though. And - if you find you aren't into roulette - at least there's a very nice restaurant just by the jetty for the ferry!

We were trying out some different lighting using coloured gels.
In Jubilee Park, Canary Wharf. The translucent plastic balls are floating in pools of water, and are lit by coloured lights from below. Part of the 2019 Canary Wharf Winter Lights festival.
At night, the falls at Niagara Falls are lit up with an array of stunning colours.

We went to brighton on th eve of Pride to drop off our daughter at her uni house. We stayed and went to see Priscilla at the Big Screen on the Beach. Sadly we couldn't stay for Pride due to other commitments but we've promised ourselves that we will go next year!
As I promised to reveal, here's what was causing the beautiful coloured light to fall on London's Marsham Street - The coloured glass roofline feature on top of The Home Office - the government department in charge of deportation and other such miseries.
As you can see, Marsham Street looks decidedly drab most of the year...

DAY 250 – Our daughter will be 18 on 11 September and we had a party to celebrate the occasion. My wife made a lovely cake and this was a shot I got just before our daughter did the blowing out of the candles.
Anniesland tower in its illuminated nighttime glory - the lights here at the end of the tower cycle through various colours as well as there being patterned spotlights that move around the end of the tower.
