We will remember them. I decided to do selective colouring for this shot. Muckish (the mountain) represents the 1000s of soldiers who we owe so much to. The poppies represent the legacy they have left behind, freedom.
With this shot I'm simply remembering the fallen who have died in the wars of the past 100 yrs. Politics aside. Nothing good ever comes out of war.

I'm always amused when people post pics of their vast camera collections, but after a junk shop purchase last week, no one could be more surprised than me to discover I actually own six cameras now!
1. My first digital camera, from 2004. Now superceded.
2. Stlll trying to get the hang of a Holga but I will persevere
3. This Canon cost a huge amount when it first came out, I got in in about 1984 and it was my only camera for years.. Now they're about £4.50 on eBay
4. Lomo coloursplash - I've yet to get more than a couple of decent shots from this.
5. Just got this Olympus XA2 in a junk shop. The light seals have gone and it has no flash.
I probably paid too much for it...
(Taken with my trusty Panasonic Lumix TZ2, which unlike these guys, is in constant use. The only thing I don't like about it the stupid place they put the tripod hole. Means i can't use this gorrillapod, and would have to get the larger one.)
It's 14°c in the UK so everyone has gone to the beach for a walk! The dogs seemed to be having a great time too. Surfers, waves, sunshine. Perfect day really 😊
