Sometimes you turn a colourful picture to monochrome. Other times you do the reverse...
I created this card by using strips of torn paper and Distress inks.

down in a conduit, 9pm at night....found two different slug snakes....so cute and friendly....and pretty.

DESCRIPTION:-
a very cute little snake, quite slender and onl reaches 50cm in length. Grey colour, with rows of back and white spots. not banded. Has got a rounded head.
Distributed in woodland or shrubland throughout Hong Kong.
廣泛分布於香港的林地及灌木林‧
Fairly common thoughout Hong Kong, S. China and southeast Asia. found in woodland and fields, but also on hills and mountains....this one was found on teh peak.
Very docile, but will roll into a tight ball when disturbed and does not unwind even when picked up.
the coral snake eats this snake..
it is nocturnal and often hides under stones etc.
Has very interesting eating habits....as its teeth are enlarged to extract snails from their shells. I watched with fascination one evening as the snake went over to the small land snails i had put in the vivarium and began to suck them out of their shells.....

So many days the colour swirls in my head banging, loudly! Sending messages of release and freedom -- today the colours did not swirl... unexpectedly and all of a sudden they were there lined up in front of me almost blurry -- asking where I had been all day!
