I recently decided to hit the books :P So I went back to the classics....
My parents old National Geographic collection.
These old issues are truely some of the most interesting editorial works ever.

This image belongs to a series of motor vehicle photographs that do not contain owners or people with the vehicles. Therefore, they do not fall completely within the requirement of my 'Family Car' collection.
I thought however that somebody might like to see the rejects.
They have not been cleaned or restored to the extent of the primary collections, and they will not be placed in any Flickr groups.
If any images receive sufficient 'hits', I will consider cleaning them up for a more public release.

The '15 and 20 visit' Windsor 2012 sports bricks are still missing here (arrived 10 days after the image had been taken) - and the green misprint(?) of the 2011 Hyundai brick. Otherwise complete...

I've handed out some more Moo cards today. So if you've found this page you won't find pictures of me/family/people I know. I take these photos so I have a collection of royalty free images that I own and can therefore license and use as I see fit. The fact they record things, places, etc. is a bonus.

Each image has a unique date, 2010FEB211452. So 2010FEB211452 shows a favourite shot in Kangaroo Ground. Each shot tells you the time the image was uploaded, not taken.

I haven't purchased a doll in a few years. This little guy was at the neighborhood garage sale last week and I was able to get the doll and chair for $1.50. His suspenders need to be pulled tighter and tacked in the back. I have always been fond of chairs and am happy to add both of these to my collections.

Mainly common pieces, hopefully some more even better find. That's where the antique and junk shops come in and so is flea markets & yard sales.
I made this as a challenge at my local quilt workshops. The challenge was to make something to represent Silver, Gold, Herring Or Whisky. I used the Inklingo Tumbler collection to make the 'gold' 'herring'.
