The hôtel de la Marine (also known as the hôtel du Garde-Meuble) is an historic building located on place de la Concorde in Paris, to the east of rue Royale. It was designed and built between 1757 and 1774 by the architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel, on the newly created square first called Place Louis XV. The identical building to its west, constructed at the same time, now houses the hôtel de Crillon and the Automobile Club of France.
The Hôtel de la Marine was originally the home of the royal Garde-Meuble, the office managing the furnishing of all royal properties. Following the French Revolution it became the Ministry of the French Navy, which occupied it until 2015. It was entirely renovated between 2015 and 2021.
It now displays the restored 18th century apartments of Marc-Antoine Thierry de Ville-d'Avray, the King's Intendant of the Garde-Meuble, as well the salons and chambers later used by the French Navy.
A separate part displays the Al Thani Collection presenting international and inter-cultural works of art from the collection of Sheik Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani.

For every member in my camera big family, I have made a portrait by big mini 302... but dont know why, 90% of the pics were not focused... Although the portraits are not clear, still the film records are my best love.

My sister started collecting these vases and figurines when Julia was a wee lass. And they were on all the tables filled with fresh flowers. Mary gave me one to take home. She is such a special sister and mother.

I've been collecting for about 2 years, but not until this year was when I really started getting unique and cool stuff. A lot of this stuff was traded for. I've only made 1-2 CB orders. Anyhow, very pleased with Citizen Brick's quality and hope to get more!
So for the past 7 months I've been collecting Bratz again (: About 10? of these are dolls I had when I was a kid and the rest I've bought in these past months...probably spent $5,000+? but it was so worth it! I'm so proud and lucky to own all of these ^-^

Three different engines from three different railroads and two builders mingle at Cincinnati, OH on July 2th 1974. C&O GP7 #5760 wears fresh Chessie paint, but notice the handrails were left unmasked and are not painted orange in this photo. B&O #3738 is a 1969 built GP40, and SP #8758 is a GE built U33C.
