Although this ghost sign seems vintage, I'm suspicious of its origins. I wonder if it's not a prop for filming.
This is the blog for an "ellehcimelle". This Dingblog user is using content hosted in my Flickr account without attribution, thereby violating their respective Creative Commons licenses. One of the images was even moved to a Photobucket account for their own personal use and presentation.

1st shot with my new flash... sb600. rad. the bulb in my fridge is burnt out so shooting this was a mystery the whole time.
It literally was over 100 degrees the day that I took this photo. Complete with sultry humidity. The colors were incredibly vivid, and I had been wanting to 'document' this tree growing on a loading dock.
According to Wikipedia: Turkish Delight, or lokum, is a confection made from starch and sugar. Flavored with rosewater or lemon, the former giving it a characteristic pale pink color. It has a soft, sticky consistency, and is often packaged and eaten in small cubes that are dusted with sugar to prevent sticking. Some recipes include small nut pieces, usually pistachio, hazelnut or walnuts.

They branch off the Union Pacific West Line. They've been abandoned for a couple of years at the very least - if the railroad wants to use them, it would have to clear out lots of dirt, plants and misc debris.
