For protecting and beautifying interior timber and cork floors. Handley-Urethane Satin is a One Can Polyurethane which cures by absorbing moisture out of the atmosphere to form a tough resilient coating which has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.
Handley-Urethane Satin should not be applied over other finishes without prior testing for adhesion.
Caring for your Urethane Satin Floor. As complete curing of a Handley-Urethane Satin floor takes some 7 days care must be exercised during this time. Avoid dragging furniture etc. over the surface. Use protective mats in traffic areas. To extend the life of the floor, mats should be used in doorways in order to remove dirt and grit from feet. Protective pads should be used on the legs of furniture. The floor should be vacuumed or swept frequently and washed with 1/4 cup methylated spirits to 5ltrs of hot water.
