Elite athletes usually change their program every 3-4 weeks to make sure to keep making gains. Firstly, success for me is of all having a clean heart and having inner peace, a peace between heart and mind.
Secondly knowing how to manage everyday life, being in total Gratitude, accepting what happens as it is .
Finally, do good with others and especially with yourself because by taking care of us, we can only be pleasant and give, share.
Moreover, be persistent, never give up and say I have failed.
In addition, you have to bounce back, forget the past, don’t be wary of the future and focus on the present.

Success is ultimately the result of an effort made, it is the end of a path where we can come across opportunities, risks and threats.
