The final day of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. We take Gold in Men's Hockey and then the Closing Ceremonies.
This is a good friend of mine, Tess :) and I must admit this is probably the best work I have done thus far, especially on the post processing and getting that 3D Natural look. The lighting was hard to work with. So I had to construct a breast cleavage, As well as make changes to the bra strap that had malformed because of the pose. This took me quite a while to do, but I am very satisfied with the results, A bit of a shame that I didn't take it on green screen, But I suspect I will do something with this very soon!
These two leaves were close enough in a garden tree, but still there was a distance! I was expecting breeze that could join them together. Waited for the nature to react and of course I found them together and captured the moment of joy. Will publish the memorable instant soon!

I am favorite in music.
The 1960s.
The 1970s.
Wonderful musicians lived, and it was made young and passed away.
JANIS JOPLIN.
Brian Jones.
And Jimi Hendrix.
Dear Mr.Steve Jobs.
You lived the same generation as them.
Direct touch and you made the all reflect their music to work.
And now.
Your result has fruited here.
You are continuing running to the last.
The meaning which continues running.
You taught it to me.
You said like this.

I also love the music which you loved.
I was able to touch the work of you who loved music.
I was not able to feel Jimi Hendrix.
However, the same time as you was able to be spent.
I cannot be for not appreciating to you.
Thank you.
I can meet you and appreciate from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you.
The meaning which continues running.
The young man in the world must have got to know it today.
Thank you very much.

Close Encounters - Photographed in Aventura, Florida f/5:6 @ 30 seconds - Nikon D200 & Sigma 28-300mm.
Vicars' Close, in Wells, Somerset, England, is claimed to be the oldest purely residential street with original buildings surviving intact in Europe. John Julius Norwich calls it "that rarest of survivals, a planned street of the mid-14th century". It comprises numerous Grade I listed buildings, comprising 27 residences (originally 44), built for Bishop Ralph of Shrewsbury, a chapel and library at the north end, and a hall at the south end, over an arched gate. It is connected at its southern end to the cathedral by way of a walkway over Chain Gate.

Meet Beggy-boogoo (my kids' name for any and all bugs--and apparently they like french toast). This little bugger (ha) I found chilling out on a pepper plant in my MIL's vegetable plot. I suppose I should have moved him, but he looked so cool that I took a few pictures and forgot that he was technically the bad guy. Plus this guy was enormous, which made him cooler...he had certainly been taking more than his fair share of my MIL's open salad bar. I'm usually not one to get close up with bugs, and to be honest this picture makes me slightly squeamish, but I am fascinated with the defense 'eyes' and it's mouth. Multiple pincers for teeth? Pretty awesome/freaky.
So close
Yet so far away
We believe in tomorrow and a better day
We lie down to sleep so close
Yet so far away
The helicopter was shooting the Greenpeace blimp as it hovered over Eden Park.
I respect Greenpeace, of course. But if they were trying to get a message across, hovering over one of the most sparsely populated parts of Cincinnati (and rather low to the ground as well) was not the best plan.
Later in the day, they offered the media outlets photos taken from the chopper (from that angle, downtown would be behind the balloon.)
We have our own cameras, you know. Just put your blimp someplace worth shooting.
