This from the one tiny corner in the last photo. Or rather, it was this colour by the time I was about a quarter of the way through. Ew indeed. By the end of today I'd scrubbed half the room and gone through about 8 buckets of this colour and could have gone through more, had I had the will power to go up and down the stairs more often.
Cleanliness may be next to Godliness. All I know is that it must be a pretty long distance from here. I couldn't find it.

Probably these are the last photos of Zephyr that I'll be uploading. Last week I learned that my sweet little guy has advanced lymphoma and likely only a short time left to live. It just seems too hard to take pictures of him now. He's been a faithful companion for twelve years, and Persephone and I will miss him terribly. May the final farewell not come too soon!
