I took this with my iPhone, and it actually captured a pretty decent image despite the nasty over head lighting
BUT...
I wanted this to have a grungy faded nasty stuck-in-the-70's vibe to match the environment.
so i added grain, vignette, color adjustments, etc to crap it up a little.
I got the result I was looking for: it looks like I took it with my old 110 that I got when I was 11 years old.
AKA - Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp, Indo-Pacific White-Banded Cleaner Shrimp, and Indo-Pacific White-Striped Cleaner Shrimp
Scientific Name: Lysmata amboinensis
This Cleaner Shrimp will set up a cleaning station on coral reefs or rubble, waiting for fish to come and be cleaned. It feeds on ectoparasites or dead tissue that it picks from the body and oral cavities/gills of these fish (e.g.; Tangs or Groupers) in the wild or in the aquarium. This also helps to protect the fish from contracting diseases and infections. Many fish value its services so highly that they will allow it to clean the inside of their mouths, and not harm it.

I realize this photo is one misplaced keystroke away from getting an avalanche of hits from people who like to dress up in animal costumes.
This is a photo of Star Cleaners in Penticton, BC, before it was demolished in April 2007. I now have about 2000 interior, exterior and demolition photos that will eventually become an online slideshow. Here is a close-up of the metal screens. (32a))

On my way to the market i caught the cleaner with the sonnar at f5.6, have to say this sonnar is everything i want in a lens, so compact and the result is...you can tell better than me...
Due to the focus shift on the f1.5 optimized version i thought it was going to be off focus but my compensation payed off!
At 5 metres (aprox. 15 feet) should back focus about 1 metre (3.5 feet +-)
I won´t bother any longer cos managed to make my sonnar "optimizable" i just unscrew the back element only 1/4 turn or 90º!!!!

A couple minutes of elbow grease and the engine is looking semi-respectable.
It is a 200cid inline six engine that made 115hp @ 3800rpm and 190 ft-lbs @ 2200 rpm when new.

A dry cleaner sign in Hobbs, New Mexico. Couldn't make out the name on the sign. No matter, the fact that they're a cleaners is clear, and that's probably all most people need to know.
As we begin to get into Butte proper, we find Vogue Cleaners.
Their sign proclaims a universal truth; "There's only one leader". Since Vogue is no longer in business, history says, it wasn't them.
Now, if having a nice, bright, colorful sign counted, they would indeed be the leader.
