extremely low emission car- all because of simple modifications that anyone
can do. The technology is there- the world needs to know and we need car
manufacturers to implement it rather than taking the cheap way out at the

I want cleaner cars!
I want my state to adopt California's standards. My next car purchase will be electric, or some other hybrid, give me more choices!. Implementing clean-car standards would make a huge dent in our global-warming emissions.

Market forces need regulations to drive innovation. The Carter
administration did a great job of reducing demand for oil and gas and this
administration has more tools to to a better job.
I have seen "Who Killed the Electric Car" and it made me very angry.
Revive the electric car in California and elsewhere! They are a key piece of
having a smart grid and a smarter nation!
May the wisdom of the elders be with you as you guide our nation into a new
era of energy alternatives and smarter use.

Attached pictures show folks holding keys. Would it not be great for the EPA
to act now so that those keys start clean cars, maybe running on hydrogen
produced by wind power just as an example???

We have already saved substantial sums by what we drive (our main car is a
hybrid and attached is a photo of my commuter car, all electric!) and
let's hope our US car manufacturers get it before the rest of the world
passes us by.

As a poolguy, I'd start my truck 20 times a day. I was so stoked to get my
hands on an electric Ford Ranger (pictured) as a result of aggressive
California legislation. Then the automakers sued and won in Federal court.
They took my electric truck away. EPA, please restore the tough standards
and lets get clean cars on the road!!

I want to support every effort to insure that my home of California and the other 49 States do everything possible to reduce vehicle emissions! I do my part by limiting myself to 2 tanks a month and usually get by with far less; and keeping my car smog levels under the regulations. Of course my next car will be an alternative engine.
