This very tiny church is a popular place to stop at and take a few photos. My daughter and I called in two days ago, 29 September 2014, when we spent the day driving out to the Drumheller and the Badlands area and exploring a few places.
"Drumheller's LITTLE CHURCH Seating 10,000 people - 6 at a time. This church was first erected by local contractor Trygve Seland, in co-operation with the Ministerial Association in 1968 and was reconstructed by inmates of the Drumheller Institution in 1991. It was designed as a place of worship and mediation and not just a tourist attraction. Please treat it with respect. Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce." The Little Church has six one-person pews and a pulpit. At one time, it had stained glass windows and a brass bell in its steeple.
This old church sits abandoned and decaying which is sad to see as it looks like it would have been quite beautiful back in the day. This is the side view, the front facade is overgrown with vines and barely visible. However that gives me a good reason to go back in the winter for another visit when the vegetation has died back.
As always, your faves and comments are appreciated. Constructive criticism and suggestions are especially welcome as I believe they help to make me a better photographer. Thank you for taking the time to look at my photos.

I was walking on the beach one night in Bali here at the Ritz-Carlton. I don't remember ever seeing a church or any kind of religious thing at any hotels before… so this one really stands out because of its architectural impact. I knew there was a storm coming, so I went out here on the beach to watch it for about half an hour, trying my best to capture some lightning, and then I did it! As fast as lightning, they say.

The White Church stands unshadowed by any rival building as though its business is to capture the radiance of the Sun. This unique church commands an unrivalled interest in the area: its dome is of Edwardian construction, hanging by wires and evoking interest among architects and structural engineers; the stained-glass windows, acknowledged to hold a high place in examples of the craft, illustrating key moments of the Old and New Testaments and history of the Church; and furnishings, including the Pulpit Cross, all stand witness to the distinctive variety of the Christian Faith that stands behind them.
The Church of St Michael in the Parish of Lapworth, Warwickshire.
With a history going back to the 13th century this church is still in use today.
Was officially opened on 7th September 1738 and is one of Norway’s best preserved churches from the Baroque period. The church is richly decorated by Erik Wallin in 1740-45. Knut Haugland was the former guide in the church and has written the book about Sollia church. He died 87 years old, and was guiding till his last year. A youger citizen of the Sollia community has now taken over the guide service (must be ordered in advance, unless joining Venabu's guided tours on Friday afternoons in summer).
The history of how the area was first settled by four families and their treks across the mountains to the church in Ringebu prior to the building of Sollia church is a fascinating story, even to those not usually keen on church visits!!
It’s a story of the determination of one man and a local population following tragic deaths in the mountains.
The Church of Winwalloe shelters behind a huge prehistoric cliff castle, and was originally established in the 6th century by a Breton saint of the same name. The buildings visible today were built in the 13th century, with a distinct separate bell tower in the cliff itself. The golden sands of Church Cove nestle at its side.

Marble mirrors, gold mosaics and Gothic frescoes give the church (XV century) an antique patina between neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque. .

Interior of the parish church in Kazimierz Dolny :)
Parish church of St. Bartholomew and John the Baptist - the oldest sanctuary in Kazimierz Dolny (the parish existed there already in 1325), the church was first gothic, then developed in the style of “Lublin renaissance” (between 1586-91 and then 1610-13 under supervision of Italian architect Jakub Balin). The ceiling of the church is covered in stucco decorations, geometric, mannerist, shaped in circles, squares, hearts, stars and rosettes. In the interior of the church, there are a few items particularly worth noticing: late gothic main portal, 1620 organ inspired by Flemish art), stalls in the presbyterium (from the 1st half of the 18th century), a baptismal font made of stone (by Santi Gucci, a Florence artist), 17th and 18th century cordovan antependia (the covers of the front part of the altar made of pressworked and dyed leather), an inlaid pulpit from 1615. The church was thoroughly renovated between 2010 and 2012.

Wnętrze kościoła farnego w Kazimierzu Dolnym :)
Kościół św. Jana Chrzciciela i św. Strop kościoła pokrywają dekoracje stiukowe, geometryczne, manierystyczne, uformowane w koła, kwadraty, serca, gwiazdy i rozety. We wnętrzu kościoła na szczególną uwagę zasługuje późnogotycki portal główny, organy z 1620 roku inspirowane sztuką flamandzką), stalle w prezbiterium (z I poł. (autorstwa Santi Gucci, florenckiego artysty oraz intarsjowana ambona z 1615 r. W latach 2010–2012 kościół został gruntownie odnowiony.

St Lawrence Church in the notorious village of Eyam, which was known as the plague village because when the bubonic plague was brought to the village in 1665, the villagers took the brave move to quarantine the village from the outside world in order to contain the plague. It was successful but cost the village 260 lives from a population of 350 people.
