Chips isn't your average building. Designed by Will Alsop and built by Urban Splash it's a bit of a one off and is one of the most significant buildings in New Islington, Manchester. As well as a range of apartments, Chips also offers 11,700 sq ft of flexible ground floor commercial shell space.

I read about Kale Chips from a Twitter friend and it sounded so good that I wanted to make some of my own.
I got some Curl Leaf Kale and baked it at about 200°F for 20 minutes. It was still not crunchy, so I baked it longer. I think it took a total of about 45 minutes.
I also tried Mustard Greens, but instead of baking, I dehyrated them.

I think I ordered these for my MSR Solstice. I'm not sure though. The reddish chips are actually bright pink, but they look red because of the foils. I really don't like foiled eyechips.
Doing a character meal is a very fun experience - I've spent a lot of time with the Disney friends.
