#Rust for #MarcoMonday
This wind chime is made of a weave of bells and beads. After a few years outside, all the bells have turned from silver to a rusty red. (I find it hard to make marcros unique and interesting. I end up wanting the surroundings for perspective, that's why I cropped more than just one bell into this photo). HMM!
The three-masted schooner Victory Chimes, also known as Edwin and Maud or Domino Effect, is a US National Historic Landmark. She is the last surviving Chesapeake Ram schooner. The boat on the Maine State Quarter is meant to resemble the Victory Chimes.

I was up in Santa Fe today, shooting with my friend Audrey. I had a great time!
These were hanging in front of a building near the Plaza.....I couldn't resist. This was shot on a very high shutter speed, in order to let just a little light into the camera.
Do check out her site. She's a sweet lady, and a wonderful photographer! She has some fabulous street scenes!

In about a month or so we will be leaving these walls and call home to another place. It has been more than 6 years in here, but it was also as almost as a lifetime since my grandma lived just on the apartment above ours, and our christmas days were always spent there, wandering on halls with the same physiognomy as these. Although leaving will always be a part of human nature, so will be remaining. And I needed to take this portrait of myself as a reminder of that.
Let the bells ring out!
This photo was taken by a Hasselblad 500C medium format film camera with a Carl Zeiss S-Planar 1:5.6 f=120mm lens mounted on a Hasselblad 21mm extension tube using Fuji 160NS film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitalized with Photoshop.

Another photo of a portion of the wind chime to post back at The Photo Forum's green themed thread.
Sometimes we find Chime's toys under the carpet. You walk around, unsuspecting and then you go KRONCH! because you just stepped on a kitty spiraly toy. And Chime gives you this look of, "OMG, dude, how could you! I put things away so nicely, and you go trampling around! I can't trust you with anything."
The other night I saw how the toys end up so far under the carpet.

This afternoon I spent a couple of hours of my time trying to create a video with music in Facebook. I wanted to to do it with the tools of Facebook. I succeeded in making the video, but then I could not hear the music. Though my complaints, no reply. So, I decided to make it in LightRoom. It was easy to add the music, but the problem is always the choice, and it is not easy to find the music you want available free to use ...
Thanks to Chris Zabriskie (Prelude No 15), chriszabriskie.com/, I found a music that fits the image... (Did I? I am not sure! :))
I was not planning to post it on Flickr, it was a mistake of viewing privacy configuration. Well, now I hope you may enjoy it.
