April-September the streets are closed to traffic for the Thursday Night Market from 6-9 pm. On Broadway Street, outside Cotton Party Kristy worked under the open sky providing henna artistry for the Chico community. The market is perfect for simple and casual natural henna. You may choose from henna patterns books in the style of India henna, Moroccan henna, Geometric henna, Persian Gulf henna or request a Trust Your Artist (TYA)design. When you choose TYA, your artist will ask if you'd like something flowing and naturalistic, or something structured with lots of detail or something geometric. Big Chico Creek Watershed Tour is an all-outdoors experiential learning course for students majoring in Agriculture, Biology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography, Political Science, and Wildland Management offered by faculty associates of the Center for Water and the Environment. Student participants will metaphorically follow a drop of water from the headwaters of the creek to its confluence with the Sacramento River over four day trips on in March and April.

Sorry I've been busy guys, between spending more time in the kitchen, writing more in my journal as a nice idea brought by my flickr friend Bettina.Schwarz, and I'm now in my 5th week of P90X which as given me little time to play on the internet. I haven't neglected you my dear friends! My New Years Resolutions for this year includes paying more attention to you guys!
1.) Stop EB
2.) Put at least $500.00 into a savings account each month for the Egypt trip in December.
3.) Read one book this year from cover to cover.
4.) Take more pictures for my Flickr friends.
5.) Make a point to write in my journal consistently.
6.) Spend less time on the internet while at work.
7.) Practice patience with clients at work, Matt & the dogs.
8.) Read at least one page of the Qur'an each week and take notes on what I don't understand for questions later.
9.) Donate $10.00 to K-Love each month.
10.) Eat out no more than 2x a week.
