This stuff is amazing, if you can find it on the shelf. You have to add your own meat. I used chicken and Andouille sausage. Recipe is pretty much on the box.

Marinated, boneless, skinless, chicken thighs with steamed rice, green beans with red pepper, and a Ceasar salad. Dinner for one.
The Kauai chickens provide a new perspective — domestication in reverse. Local lore is that many of the Kauai chickens are descendants of birds that escaped when Hurricane Iwa in 1982 and then Hurricane Iniki in 1992 blew open coops. (Feral chickens are found on other Hawaiian islands, but not in overwhelming numbers.

We have three chickens in the yard, but the third one was camera shy. The orange one is my favourite. They come to visit me while I have morning coffee on the back porch. Really cool birds.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1 box Hamburger Helper® chicken fried rice
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (11 oz) Green Giant® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
10 Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from two 11-oz packages)
Sour cream, if desired
Directions:
1. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center.
2. Stir in water, lime juice, salsa and contents of sauce mix pouch (from Hamburger Helper box) until blended. Stir in beans, corn and contents of uncooked rice pouch (from Hamburger Helper box); heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed on package.
4. Spoon slightly less than 1 cup chicken mixture down center of each warm tortilla. Top with sour cream. Fold bottom of each tortilla 1 inch over filling. Fold sides in, overlapping to enclose filling. Fold top over sides.
Just trying out Painter software having a bit of fun and being creative. Could this really pass for a watercolour? This was the result of several different painting presets layered in Photoshop, with Luminosity masks applied and manually brushed with different blending modes to create something close to watercolour painting!.
Beautiful rooster at school farm. I had to take pictures of the farm animals and had a fun time with the chickens and roosters.
Fresh chicken bones. Sweet vegatables. Aromatic herbs. How delicious homemade chicken broth you can do it yourself?

This was one of last year's shots of some free-range chickens in Spain ,certainly the lucky ones and are now happy having been rescued from the chicken battery .

I have two victories in the Lord the past few days ,I can't confess the details here but God do hear prayers trusting Him to do it for me ,'twas wonderful, something so hard to come up with made possible and easy :) Praise and glory be to God !
