Hope you enjoy my Fair photos.

We had a fun day. I forgot to visit the sheep and swine barns.

Some of these photos bring back fond memories of farm life. I loved growing up on a farm, but don't think I want all that work nowadays.

Dining with a view of other chickens, down below.

Applique chicken for a baby quilt

Brahma chickens and a rooster at Black Creek Pioneer Village.

Getting a photograph of these girls and the head honcho should have been simple. They're chickens for goodness' sake, not exotic birds like eagles. With chickens one isn't in the wilderness stalking those exotic birds, however, chickens do NOT stay still at all nor do they put themselves in the way of any kind of decent composition while they're busy pecking and poking away at grains. So when these chickens paused in this particular three-point landing I was glad I'd been waiting long enough to get this.

My entire collection of photographs of Black Creek Pioneer Village are in a blog I created for the purpose.

Spicy Hot Chicken breast with Moroccan couscous and salad. I like to drizzle some Encona West Indian Original Hot Pepper Sauce on the couscous before laying the spicy chicken on it to give it a good hot kick. The salad is made up of mixed green leaf salad, rocket, tomatoes, sweet Romano finger pepper, black pepper, Italian herbs with Greek olive oil. I added some Mayonnaise after taking the photos. It's a favourite meal of mine

I can't explain their anatomy. I just take the pictures!

Chicken at the Clarke County Fair- Berryville, VA.

Couldn't get enough of this inquisitive chicken at Appleton Farms in Ipswich.

This delectable dish combines tender chicken breasts, a rich cheese blend and sauce with a crispy Panko breadcrumb topping, creating a mouthwatering experience that you and your family will love.
