Chess is such a difficult game... Chess by Weezer ♪♫♪

This building has been erected in 1839 for religious and educational purpose and still is fulfilling its purposes as a private -which often means religious, here, in France- school.
I was interested in the idea of repetition in architecture, imagining some giant chess games, and then I just get distracted by the clouds above.

Had a go at chimney climbing up the inside of the Checkmate chimney. It was very hard work! I reckon it's about 20-25 meters straight up

En está fotografÃa utilice un lente de 50 mm fijo y bajo la teorÃa del triángulo de exposición logre captar al rey negro y al caballo blanco como piezas principales, el resto de las piezas salen difuminadas al igual que el fondo; Basándome en la práctica de profundidad de campo.
