Le Chat de Pallas ou Otocolobus Manul est un félin sauvage, pesant entre 2,2 et 4,5 kg, connu pour son apparence inhabituelle et adorable : son visage aplati et arrondi, sa corpulence trapue, ses pattes courtes et sa superbe fourrure. Les chats de Pallas habitent les montagnes, les prairies des steppes et les terrains semi-désertiques, s'abritant parmi des éléments rocheux dont la structure est des plus complexes, pour lui conférer abri et refuge. Leur aire de répartition comprend : la Chine occidentale, la Mongolie, l'Inde, le Pakistan, le Tadjikistan, le Kirghizistan, le Kazakhstan et la Russie.

The Pallas's Cat or Otocolobus Manul is a wild feline, weighing between 2.2 and 4.5 kg, known for its unusual and adorable appearance: its flattened and rounded face, its stocky build, its short legs and its beautiful fur. Pallas's cats inhabit mountains, steppe grasslands and semi-desert terrains, sheltering among rocky features with the most complex structure, to provide it with shelter and refuge. Their range includes: Western China, Mongolia, India, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia.
