I decided to photograph this tree throughout the year and then combine the photos into one showing all four seasons. However it fits this week's theme so this is a mid-term view of the ongoing project.
I thought I would share one shot from Lower Antelope today since the entire place what completely underwater last week. Very scary and it goes to show you how fast you could get into trouble when exploring slot canyons.
Colas Rail Freight Class 70814 passes Little Fenton while working 6D43 Jarrow to Lindsey. 07/07/2022
This working was only 10 minutes (Should have been 20) behind 46115 "Scots Guardsman" on "The Scarborough Spa Express". It was sad to see there will no longer be a DB 60 at the helm but at the same time nice to have a change of colour.
Freehand silk painting on Habotai 8 silk. Symphony Number 3 by Gorecki in my ears as the rain tips it down on the edge of London.
A mix of cloud types heralds some changing weather. Not much sunshine from when this shot was taken at Wynnum in Brisbane until now. It poured yesterday, today has brought iconic blue autumnal clear skies. And cooler weather.
Wynnum is a southern bayside suburb of Brisbane with the Port of Brisbane in the distance on the southern bank of the river.
High Cirrostratus cloud moves in ahead of a major weather change. An almost complete 22 degree solar halo was formed by masses of ice crystals refracting the sun's light.

A cooler colour scheme from a shot taken yesterday.
It was my first successful shoot in weeks, maybe even months, I'm not sure.
A lot has changed since I chased this eastbound New Brunswick Southern Railway train in early September of 2009. At the time NBSR operated the former CPR mainline from Saint John, New Brunswick to Brownville Junction, Maine, a branch from McAdam to Saint Stephen/Milltown and terminal trackage in Saint John. Six years later the railway, rebranded as New Brunswick & Maine Railways has become a significant player in the Northern New England and Maritime Canada railway scene. Part of the privately owned J.D. Irving Limited group of companies, NBM Railways now operates over an expanded system encorporating additional leased former BAR/MMA trackage, owned by State of Maine, and trackage rights over CMQ to reach the State owned portion of the NBM system. Unfortunately the expanded operations and increased business has brought with it many leased locomotives ending (for now) the era of all green painted locomotives.

Day 198 of 365.
I haven't really been on here, Instagram, or even my computer lately. It's been odd lately, I've been much happier & much less inspired. Usually its the exact opposite. I tend to know how to express myself with darker emotions. Within the last week I've cried (like full on cried) several times. It was tears of complete happiness & shivers. It was such a new feeling to me because the last time I cried, wasn't for happiness & was forever ago. I wasn't sure & I'm still not completely sure of how to express these new feelings, but I think I'm finding the hope & faith of getting there. We are constantly changing & experiencing new things. We can always question it or experience what could be a new journey.
I am borrowing the Flickr Friday theme of the week for our group, too, as it is giving me a chance to take a photo I have long wanted to take.
The Week#239 theme will be CHANGE.
To give us a lift towards our choice of image, nothing better than:
The Serenity Prayer:
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference.
To depict serenity to accept the things one can not change, another image of my lovely mother-in-law that you already know as she has graciously posed for varios photos we have seen in these groups.
Here, she is smiling, in advanced stages of Alzheimer's and bedridden with a broken femur, holding a memory of times past.

With fall in full swing, the leaves have changed from a vibrant green to a multitude of colors, with the bright golds showing the most as a Armour Yellow UP leads 212 north through the Jungle.

The town centre in Harlow is changing so parts of the original new town are being demolished. I personally find it sad to see when adaptation of the original structures in my mind would make the town more attractive. Still that's life but it's fun to catalogue these building while they still exist.

Abandoned Abused Street Dogs.
Alright you've heard this on many occasions.
" If ya make plans, plan to change-em !"
Didn't make it to the temple this morning.
That "was" the plan.
New plan is I won't be there until Molly
is returned on the 17th.
Car will be used.
To many hurdles have been placed
in front of me presently.
Short time off.
No# 1 stays in contact with the nuns.
Everything is ok out there.
It's the morning of the 13th here right
now so only 4 more days.
Just need a few days to regroup and
catch my second wind.
Is what it is ;-)
