Looking down from the top of the west tower of the old Tacoma Narrwos Bridge to the birdge decks of both the old and new bridges. I understand that some people are not comfortable with hights--you may not what to look to closely if you are one of those people. Throwing up on the cars below is not acceptable!

At the workshop that Dean Zulich hosted, our final task was to come up with a shot, get a model, light and shoot the whole thing in under 5 minutes.
This is difficult.
In my case, I conceived of a shot, got ready, and then realized I had forgotten to change to a wider lens. WAUGH. I could not physically get far enough back to do the shot I had intended. So, with the clock ticking, I improvised, had the softbox moved slightly, and shot this.
I won second place (and Dean said it was a narrow loss to first) with this shot, in the critique competition at the end of the workshop. Sometimes necessity works out well. :)

The 2017 Kosciuszko Challenge was our biggest and best year yet! We had 325 people climb and raised over $140,000 from generous supporters.
