so many empty chairs in the office these days :(~~

Came across this chair in a bus stop in London, reminded me of Van Gough's 'Chair with Pipe'

This rocking chair belonged to my great grandma but has gotten passed down to my grandpa. This chair was used by my great grandma to rock all of her kids. This chair was used around the 1930’s. The chair was used in Northwest Iowa. My grandpa still has this chair because it was passed down to him and it was his mom's.

Found this great chair at a thrift store recently for $0.95! Hoping to reupholster...

I've made this chair from 1 repurposed wooden pallet, because it look comfortable and nice to sit on. It took me a week to made it. The hardest part is to get the legs level. 48 long peaces and 48 short peaces. Some nails, 3 lengths threaded rod and glue. And the basic hand tools.

This fine art travel black and white photograph captures the essence of timeless simplicity and rustic charm. The image showcases two old wooden chairs and a sturdy stool with a bottle of wine perched atop its surface. Each element is beautifully rendered in rich, tonal detail. The chiseled curves and rough-hewn textures of the chairs and stool are beautifully highlighted against the stark backdrop.

The photograph celebrates the beauty of aging and the patina of time; the rough-hewn wooden surfaces and the wine bottle exude a quiet elegance, speaking to the viewer of a life lived and moments shared.

With a sense of nostalgic longing, this collectible fine art photograph will be a mesmerising addition to any interior display, where it will be appreciated for its artistic beauty, collectible value, and its ability to evoke memories of simpler times. [ Link in Bio for HighRes download ]
