At the National Cemetery in Seoul

Cemetary Hill, Kotzebue, Alaska. 2004

This was at a very old cemetary near Dayton AL. This cemetary has about three tiers and these were all taken on the top tier. The bottom tier is near the highway. The middle tier is really sad, it has markers all out in the woods, with lots of briars and such growing up around it. It also has signs that a bulldozer has pushed up alot of the ground and even lifted some of the tombstones. It is a beautiful place, but seems forgotten

We went back two days later with bags of kitty food to feed the pack of cats: they seemed ok, not abused, although quite arey and battle scarred.

I would take several people to spread their arms around this tree. Trunk probably shows the effects of a couple hundred years of hurricane and tropical storm activity. The last 'big one' was Carla in 1961.

I spent a few minutes in a cemetary with my camera. I found this fancy iron gate.

A first attempt at HDR. This is the cemetary next to the St. Boniface Basilica.

Whitby England as seen over the tombstones

This is in one of the oldest cemetaries on Cape Cod (in Brewster). I love the moss that has grown over most of the headstones. I feel like they should have said a little something for her. "She was a good wife" etc. A little sad.

This gate is cool. Very rusty.
