White to RJ45-5
Bare Copper to RJ45 1,2,3,6
Blue to RJ45-4
Black to RJ45-8
Red to TJ45-7
If you decide to do this project make sure you test the connections with a multimeter to make sure you maintained the proper connections and didn't introduce any new ones. This test must be conducted on the completed cable, using whatever ethernet cables you plan to use.

This is a completed CAT5e punchdown block. All wiring has been looped under the block in order to keep it out of the way of patch cables that will be connected to the block.
