The kiddo's art class is making paper cameras. I thought it would be a neat opportunity to bust out the 'ol garbage camera and show her how it's done.

We went to take some pictures at the usual place. Only got 4 off at 25-30 minutes each exposure since it was cloudy and late in the day. They still came out overexposed. I was able to bring them back in post, so here's the best of the lot.

We got a couple printed and I'm gonna let Alexa bring the prints and the camera in to show to her art class. I hope it goes over well :p

New concrete column! by Tim Kiser

It is a concrete column temporarily surfaced in a "NewForm PoliGloss Concrete Forming Tube," produced by Newark Recycled Paperboard Solutions of Cranford, New Jersey. Now that you know what it is, you can celebrate it.

But I am baffled/mystified by the contraption in front of the column, with the large pipe and the orange base. What are the words for it!
