The 2015 transmediale exhibition, CAPTURE ALL, presents artistic positions that respond to the asymmetries and the misconceptions of a datafying world. The selection, which came together after curatorial research and an open call for works, particularly focuses on the ambiguous relationship and uncanny tension between the user and the algorithm, the self and the constantly evolving apparatus. Can the system still be gamed or has an impasse been reached?

German aeroplane, France. A wingless German aeroplane has been loaded on to a trailer and is now being towed away. You can see where the nose of the plane is missing.

Scenes such as this were commonly used as propaganda, intended to reaffirm resolve against the enemy.

She has a lot of knowledge of wildflowers, we call her Dr.wildflower.

We took many shots of this flower, Bladderwort, little dragonfly and the other insects at the small island Mooyido near the Inchon Airport. Of course she led me there by metro, bus, walking, boarding ship and bus again. complicate? not exactly for real.. ^^

BTW as soon as the ship from Youngjongdo to Mooyido finish turning the direction for leaving we almost reached the pier of the Wooyido. ^=^ OMG the forfeit of delightful shipping!!

Her main interest is not an insect but wildflower, my matter of concern is not wildflowers but bugs or insects. so far so good! ^=^

We could not use full names for fear of intimidating the viewers of this yearbook.

Also, to maintain the highest level of professionalism, Trebuchet was used as the font.

Capture The Flag - February 2012

I met these amazing guys today while I was on my way to target, they asked me to buy a cd. I had never heard of them, but I listened to their cd and they're an amazing underground band from Oregon! So, I asked them if I could do some promo pictures and they agreed!! I had a great time getting to know them a little tonight, they are a cool group and hopefully will see them again/take more pictures when they come back in April! :)

Every once in a while, roadside stops yield the greatest surprise! Artist Kevin Beck was pulled over in Big Bend National Park, capturing the beauty of the area on his canvas, and was kind enough to allow me to photograph him at work. His paintings can be seen at kevinbeck.com/ .
