Cap i pota bañado en samfaina con su jugo (quizá éste demasiado abundante) y felizmente rematado con parmesano rallado (un detalle que se mostró de lo más acertado). La guinda (nunca mejor dicho) la puso esta guindilla en vinagre (no picante) que contribuyó en gran medida a refrescar el plato aunque no estuviera especialmente pesado. Muy bueno.
