Of course, Election Day has come and gone, but we thought our readers
might like to see a shot of the Pett family pounding the pavement for
Barack Obama. Alas, our man did not fare well in Mississippi, but we
can proudly say that more than 70% of the electorate here in Sunflower
County came out to vote and Obama won more than 70% of the vote here.
Millie believes that she is responsible for at least a few of those
votes.
