July 14, 2014 - Voting proceeded smoothly as the students orderly casted their votes for their preferred candidates. The casting of votes started at 9am and lasted until 3 pm. After the tireless and hardworking student COMMELEC, led by chairwoman Ms. Alyssalene Raja, canvassed the votes until completion at 7pm. Special thanks to the COMMELEC for their dedication to their work.

Conservatives gained five seats in the Milton Keynes Borough Council elections on Thursday, 1 May, 2007. James Elles is seen here canvassing in Olney, where Peter Geary (third from the left) took a Liberal Democrat seat by 558 votes. Also in the picture are Milton Keynes chairman Dr David Gilmartin and Mrs Leonora Wood, deputy chairman - membership. Although the party tallies are now: Liberal Democrat, 21; Conservative, 20; Labour, 10; on Thursday, 1 May, the Conservatives took 39.6 per cent of the votes cast to the Liberal Democrats' 29.4 per cent and Labour's 24 per cent.

I got to go canvassing today with Paul, a cool guy from San Francisco. He was out in NYC for work this past week, and decided to swing down on the weekend to do some volunteer work.
It was a good time, and I think a couple of the folks we talked tomight be able to help out the campaign on election day.
