Took this shot down at Hallett Cove Conservation Park. Had it in TV mode when I took these, by the time I noticed the tide had come in and could get back to this spot. Still turned out ok for HDR.
Three photos taken (-2,0,+2EV), then taken into Photomatix using Details Enhancer. Some colour adjustment done in Photoshop, USM and increase the contrast for the rock and cliff face.

Hallett Cove Conservation Park
Hallett Cove is one of Australia's most outstanding geological and archaeological sites, recording an Australian ice age some 280 million years ago and providing a treasure chest of more than 1,700 Aboriginal artefacts. Magnificently developed glacial pavements along the northern cliff tops are recognised as the best record of Permian glaciation in Australia and being of worldwide significance. The park also conserves native flora and fauna and has a beach for swimming and fishing.
History
Aboriginal stone implements were first discovered in Hallett Cove in 1934 with more than 1,700 artefacts being collected over a period of 30 years. Professor Ralph Tate was the first person to realise that South Australia had been subjected to an ice age when he discovered the cove's smoothed and striated glacial pavement in 1875. The area was proclaimed as a conservation park in 1976 for the protection of its outstanding scientific and historic features.
Natural Attractions
The fascinating geological history of Hallett Cove is traced in its dark Pre-Cambrian rocks which were once under a sea that covered a vast area of South Australia 600 million years ago. About 500 million years ago the region was squeezed by massive earth movements which folded rocks and formed them into mountain ranges. Such folds are clearly seen at the southern foot of Black Cliff and along the wave cut platform to the north. Four main periods of the geological history of Hallett Cove are described along the park's interpretative walking trails.
Mothers Day is a special day for honoring Mothers through out the world. The Mother's Day holds great significance for all of us.
Having a fish spa at ocean park Manila. Doctor fishes nibbling my feet as those sea creatures believed to heal wounds fastly as they nibble the callouses of one's feet. I was giggling as they bite & nibbled my calloused feet -- yet it was indeed enjoying & relaxing.

About Largs Pier Hotel
Built by the Largs Bay Land and Investment Company in 1882, the Largs Pier Hotel has a rich history full of unexpected stories and lashings of trivia. When it opened, on the same day as the Largs Bay Pier and Railway, the area immediately became a major port of call for mail steamers and an important seaside resort for South Australia. For two decades, the hotel also became the primary port of call – and first temporary residence – for New Australians travelling from Europe to begin their life in the “Lucky Country”.
The hotel also boasts the unusual place in Australian history as having the country’s first drive through bottle shop, in 1953. So when you drive through our Sip'n Save, take a moment to stop and realise that you’re now a part of Australia’s history!
During the 70s and 80s the hotel began to establish its reputation as an important Aussie Music icon. Jimmy Barnes with Cold Chisel, AC/DC, The Little River Band and The Angels all played here during the early days of their careers. Bon Scott, who later became the lead singer of AC/DC, even met his wife at the Largs Pier Hotel after a gig in 1971. This reputation is not only an exciting part of our past, we plan on it being a vital part of our future as we continue to invite Australia’s finest bands to perform.

About St Francis Xavier Cathedral
Bishop Francis Murphy arrived in Adelaide in 1844 to find his "cathedral" was a warehouse. With the building of a bishop's house at West Terrace and the opening of a church-school behind it in 1845, Bishop Murphy had a pro-cathedral. (This term seems not to have been used to describe St Patrick's, West Terrace.)
The diocese was established during a depression. The exodus to the goldfields in Victoria circa 1851 added to the financial woes of the bishop. The Cathedral was designed to be constructed in three stages so that the Diocesan finances would not be unduly stretched.
140 years after the Cathedral's foundation stone was laid, the cathedral was completed. It then became possible to dedicate the Cathedral. This was done on 11 July 1996. July 11 was chosen as this had been the date of the 1858 opening.
They're a small minority to be sure but very influential. Ask any politican.
