I've decided to give a try at making a vaudville poster of my brother Scott McClelland. He is the proud owner of CarnivalDiablo.com. You can see the orignal version with out the border in my unusual oddities folder. I purposely stuck with colors from the 1940's. Muted and a little loud.
Go ahead, set your background. I declare that it's spring. The flowers think so and I do too.
I was slithering around on the ground with my new macro lens (EF format vs EF-S with canon full-frame) to get up in close with this patch of crocuses.
Here's a tip: instead of a typical green or brown backgound, position youself so that other flowers are in the background of the scene giving their color to the awesomeness. I'm looking forward to documenting things going on in our yard :).
Was at little tokyo with this lovely model. We found a subway station and decided to take some pictures there. This was with some ambient lighting and a 50mm f/1.4 lens.

I should say that my body's mad too.
I got several vaccines for an upcoming trip to Uganda, Africa and went to bed fine. Woke up with the fever chills/hotness. Ugh. My insides feel like these clouds we had last night. My chills cause my body to shake enough that it was hard using the mouse to click on this text field.
