This last weekend was the American Cancer Society Relay For Life In West Clark County, WA. It was an amazing event with a wonderful turnout.

As a cancer survivor this event touches me tremendously! Such a wonderful group of organizers, team captains and wonderful participants. We all agree, cancer sucks and we want to do what we can to help eliminate it from our world!

Enjoy the pics and you can still donate until August 31st, 2008. Go to www.DaleChumbley.com to find the online link and a video I created from my journey.

I swear these roses are pink and very passionate for the cure. I took a picture of them on my way out the door. I had to stand on my tippy toes to get a good angle.

Just some more shameless promotion for a charity ride that is near and dear to my heart. I organized this 3-day ride to bring to reality my brother's wish to do a charity ride. I know there's at least one of you from the CT Flickr group that wanted to join us, though I have to admit, I don't remember his name. If there are any others who want to join us for a few hours on the first day, let me know. But I'm mainly looking for donations to help out cancer survivors. Check out the web site when you have a few moments to spare.
