Ouvidora do Senado Federal, central de relacionamento com o cidadão vinculada à Secretaria de Transparência do Senado Federal (STRANS).
A Ouvidoria do Senado foi criada em junho de 2011 para receber, examinar e dar o tratamento adequado às manifestações encaminhadas pelos cidadãos sobre as atividades do Senado Federal. O objetivo, desde então, é aumentar a transparência e incentivar a participação da sociedade.

Europarlementariër Jan Cremers (PvdA) bezocht op 2 juni de telefonische klantenservice van kabel- en mediabedrijf UPC Nederland aan het Takenhofplein in Nijmegen. UPC informeerde de heer Cremers over het unieke carrièrepad dat het bedrijf haar callcenter medewerkers biedt. Dit programma is ontwikkeld om medewerkers meer doorgroeimogelijkheden te bieden die passen bij hun interesses en vaardigheden.

Call Centers are evolving as technologies and customer demands change, but the core fundamentals of a customer contacting a company by phone, e-mail, website, IVR or fax remain steady because customers demand service in real time and on their own terms. Good business people have learned that great customer service is absolutely essential to sustaining and growing market share. Call Centers will continue to play a pivotal role in the coming decade.
