I took Caesar Photoshopping ;)

please don't take my images

Another day, another dollar at Caesar's Male Strip Club!

With all the rain of the past few weeks, shrooms have been popping up all over. Unfortunately, most of them have been of the old drab brown type that you'd just as soon not see. Occasionally, though, I get a few of these red ones, and go running for the camera...^+^

Have a good week, all...

btw, if any of you might know the ID for this colorful shroom, please let me know...^+^ Thanks, Mark.B, for the ID...Amanita caesarea

When you come to MCS knowing what time the light is truly dramatic, you get shots like these. I’d really like to come during the summer evening instead of my usual morning routine to see what other beauties the light may reveal. I took this after running into about three groups of people even though it was 8am… that is the most I’ve ever run into. During my many treks to this place I’ve never encountered anyone, but the recent press is making this place a hot bed of activity. The cops sure are gonna love all the fresh meat for fines!

Since Caesar joined our family years ago not a day has gone by that his does not "guard" his mama Whatever she is doing. He is getting more mature but still always positions himself to guard his mom's back. In our house he is known as Moma's shadow.

Caesar shows us his best Tango dance in the streets of gorgeous downtown Newburyport. In an interview after his legendary jig, Caesar commented: 'They always say it takes two to Tango. Well.. Not Today.'

Caesar our Cane Corso is always watching over "his baby"

Something a bit different. My wife and I just returned from a four day respite (can Vegas be restful?) in Las Vegas. Not a whole lot of "nature" opportunities to shoot there, but a lot of photo ops nonetheless. The past year has been rather busy for us with two weddings in six months (youngest son and daughter) so we decided to have some fun and head west. Since neither of us gamble we spent our time sight seeing (Hoover Dam, etc.), shopping and fooding. People watching here is incredible too!

I spent my entire working career in the construction industry, so I have always had a fascination for the hotels and casinos along the Strip. Our last trip to Vegas was in the '90's so much has changed. This shot is looking back at one of the hotel towers at Caesar's Palace from in front of the fountain pools at the Bellagio. I don't have a tilt-shift lens, but the perspective control in Lightroom is pretty amazing!

The trail from the Visitor's Center goes 2.7 miles along the lake shore to the Day Lodge We walked back along the road and shortened this considerably. A bit windy but no snow...darn.

Another walk in the autumn sun to Caesar's Camp

This is a golden image of Julius Caesar, who is crowned with a laurel wreath on the casino wall of Caesars Southern Indiana. Back in the day, the Roman Republic may have hated kings but Roman Plebeians sure loved their Emporer.

Caesars Palace is a AAA Four Diamond luxury hotel and casino in Paradise, Nevada, United States, situated on the west side of the Las Vegas Strip, between the Bellagio and the Mirage. The Palace was established in 1966 by Jay Sarno, who sought to create an opulent facility that gave guests a sense of life during the Roman Empire. It contains many statues, columns and iconography typical of Hollywood Roman period productions, including a 20 foot (6.1 m) statue of Julius Caesar near the entrance. Caesars Palace is now owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment Corporation. As of 2015, the hotel has 3,960 rooms and suites in six towers and a convention facility of over 300,000 square feet (28,000 m2). The hotel has a very large range of restaurants, including several serving authentic Chinese cuisine to cater to the wealthy East Asian gamblers.
