He probably wouldn't appreciate this photo, but I love the peeling paint on my brother-in-laws house.

I honestly thought someone already did four eyes....

 

playing with cwd221: Eyes - It is said that the eyes are the window to the soul. I'm not really sure what that means, but it's cool, right? For this assignment, let's focus on the eyes. Just to be clear -- the photo must include at least one animal eye (yes, humans are animals). No needles. No hurricanes.

cwd164: Night Shot Redux. These are great fun and actually a little counterintuitive. go out in the dark of night and take a picture with a looong exposure. The secret formula for digital night photography is ISO 100, F.8, 8 Seconds. naturally you need to have the camera on a steady surface or tripod.

 

I've been wanting to take a long exposure shot of this factory for ages. Sadly, the smoke was a little light from the chimneys (bank holiday weekend and all) but I quite like the effect. Need to have another go at some point though
