Anyone have some amazing onion recipes? I never thought I would say this, but I have too many onions. (And no proper root cellar for storing.)

The CSA Welsh gathering 2014 took place at Flintshare CSA, Flintshire North Wales. Nestled in a gorgeous valley, CSA members camped at the projects Cilcain site for two days of talks, walks and delicious food.

Here's my weekly CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box. Every week, for a measly $10, I get a share of what the farm produces. And all this produce isn't just organically grown, it's veganically grown -- no manure, blood, or fish meal goes onto the soil.

2 heads lettuce
.5 lb. arugala (YAY!!! Chicken Milanese, here I come).
5 red peppers
3 leeks
1.5 lb. carrots
.5 lb. green beans
1 garlic head
2 yellow squash
1 zucchini
3 cukes
2 lbs. onions
4 lbs. tomatoes
3 lbs. (I think) potatoes (which look to be covered up in the photo)
2 eggplant
1 bunch scallions
flowers, herbs... the usual.

U.S. Army Chief of Staff, Gen. Mark A. Milley, visits with cadets in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) from Princeton University, The College of New Jersey, Rider University, and Rowan University during Princeton University Alumni Day, Princeton, N.J., Feb. 20, 2016. Milley explained the distinction and uniqueness for members of the U.S. Military who swear an oath, not to a supreme leader or a piece of land like so many others around the world, but to an idea; an idea that is an integral part of the Constitution of the United States - that we are all created equal. Thank you again to Harvey the Chainsaw for allowing me to steal his photos. Next week, I swear, I'll have my camera.
The goodies are, from left to right, clockwise: spring onions, purple beets (last weeks beets were a nice yellow-orange sort, one of which arrived today as well), kohlrabi, broccoli, kale, snow peas, basil, cucumbers, and tiny tiny potatoes.
